Celebrity Fit Club
There are number of reality television series; 'Celebrity Fit Club' one of them following eight overweight celebrities who were trying to lose their weight for charity. The series have two competing teams, which goes through the different physical challenges on every week. The whole process completes under the instruction of a team including nutritionist, physical trainer and psychologist. It was originated in 2002 in United States on ITV under the name 'Fat Club'. In 2005 the American version of the series was premiered on the VH1 network.
The celebrity casts of 2007 were Ross Mathews a comedian, Maureen McCormick an actress, Dustin Diamond an actor and comedian and Tiffany a singer. Where as the members were Warren G (rapper), Da Brat (rapper), Kimberley Locke (singer), Cledus T. Judd a singer and comedian. The finale of season five was held on June 17, 2007.
Also there is fat diet used to lose the extra pounds and is created by Dr. Ian K. Smith for the VH1 celebrity Fit Club. Smash diet focused on eating healthy and filling foods with lots of exercise. However, some contestants are offered low calorie diet plan, long list of foods and more than 50 recipes with tips to change the unhealthy behavior.
As like 'Smash Diet' Susan's Healthy Gourmet also provides diet plan that helps to lose the extra pounds. They provide fresh, healthy and tasty meals prepared by the seasoned chefs. Their meal is without trans fat, greens without organic and hormone free poultry.
