This incident was happened at Dorchester Hotel of Park Lane of London on Sunday night on July 20, 2008. Even this was he was permitted to attend the premiere of 'The Dark Knight' that was being held on Monday 21 July night in West End of London. He has been arrested on July 23 and still in custody. According to Daily Mail newspaper of United Kingdom, Bale's mother insulted his wife Sandra that pushed him to do this assault. On July 24, it was reported that the quarrel was started after the refusal by Christian Bale for the loan of GBP100, 000. However, Bale asked reporters to give respect his privacy as it is his personal mater.
