Clive Barker co-produced the film. The story of this film is some somewhat similar to the British film 'Village of the Damned' of 1960.
The story of the movie starts with the nine year old children of whole world who falls in catatonic state. These children undergo the seizures for two times daily to get a super human strength. This continues for ten years and then these children wakes up and starts to kill the adults. After some days the adults come to know that the children are having collective brain that helps to learn the things at a time for all of them. The casts of the movie are James Van Der Beek, Ivana Milicevic, Brad Hunt, Joshua Close, Brittany Scobie, Bradley Scobie, Dee Wallace-Stone, John P. Connolly, John Ted Wynne and Arne McPherson. Tightrope is an act and the tightrope walking is done along a thin rope or wire at a great height. One or more than one artists may perform in front of the audience. The artist also use balancing pole or sometimes prefer to perform without pole. Tightwire, highwire, slackwire, slack lining, skywalk, freestyle slcaklining, Jultagi and Funambule are some styles of the tightrope walking.
