Elegant Farmer

Elegant farmer apple pie is a dish prepared by baking in paper. It is very popular and the best in the country. It is very crunchy and filled with fresh apples and ice cream. Sometimes it is being prepared by using with the covering of buttery caramel if there is special occasion. It may last for 90 days in frozen condition. Baking in paper made it crunchier with the flake, light bottom crust.

Elegant Pie

The Ingredients for Apple pie are;

Unbaked pie Crust of 9 inch
½ cup sugar
peeled and sliced apples
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Flour
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup butter

Preparation Method:

First make the mixture of the sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice in a bowl. If you are using green apples then there is no need to use lemon juice. After that add apple slices and toss it until covered by the mixture. Then place this mixture in pie shell. For coating you have to make a mixture of sup sugar, flour into butter. Place this mixture on the over apple and place all this mixture in a paper bag. After proper folding place it on cookie at 375 for an hour to bake it properly.

There are various cooking programs on television but most of the people are very well known with the program 'Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee'. Sandra Lee is author and American chef who became more popular through this program. Her episode was containing crafts and arts element that she was using to decorate the table according to the type of meal. The second series of her program is now airing in 2009.
