Thomas Beattie is a first pregnant man of the world who gave birth to girl. He wanted a biological child that he decided to keep his female reproductive organ but also had a chest reconstruction and testosterone therapy to become a man legally. ABC news has reported an exclusive story regarding to Thomas Beatie and his pregnancy. He is known as the first 'Pregnant Man' of the world.

The reports say that he gave the natural birth to a girl and not a caesarean but it was only rumors. In 2008 he wrote an article for Advocate announcing that he is pregnant and is male legally. He also mentioned that he and his wife Nancy wanted to tell this story from their mouth only. However, they are able to have intercourse. The couple named their first child Susan, which was born naturally on June 28, 2008.
