HCR 6
HCR 6 is now ready to take a place against a disturbing General Government. New Hampshire declared in nutshell that most of actions taken by General Government are not authorized by the foundation of the United States of America. This resolution of the New Hampshire state house is now getting energy in New Hampshire.
There are six reasons justified by the secession of New Hampshire from the federal government. The six reasons are;
- Organization of the state of emergency and marital law within one of the states included in the United States of America without any permission of that specific state.
- Requiring instinctive government service during a declared war after the process of law.
- Offering power that is delegated or not delegated without any permission of foreign government and corporation.
- Requiring involuntary government service of the person who is under age of 18.
- Act related to religion, limitations on the freedom of political speech.
- Violations to keep and tolerate prohibitions and quantity of ammunition.
HCR 6 declared that from further the acts taken by the General Government of the United States of America will not be taken as seizing the rights of that related states. Because of this General Government needs change.
