Jeremy Lusk
Jeremy Lusk was born on November 26, 1984 and was an American Freestyle Motocross racer. He was from San Diego, California and was a part of riding group known as Metal Mulisha. He was great and successful freestyle motocross rider but lost his life because of head injury that he faced on February 7, 2009 during landing in a competition jump held in Costa Rica. He was of just 24 years old. He was nick named as a 'Pitbull' because of his firmness on a motorcycle.
He collect gold and bronze medal at the 2008 X Games, while in 2008 Moto X World Championships he grab a bronze helmet. Other medals include;
- Gold medal in 2008 X games Mexico for Moto X best Trick
- Gold medal in 2008 X games for Moto X Freestyle and silver for Moto X best Trick
- 3 rd in 2008 Red bull X fighters
- Bronze in 2008 Moto X World Championships Moto Freestyle
- 3rd in 2007 AST Dew Tour
After injury to head, Jeremy was taken to Calderon Hospital ICU in San Jose. He died on February 9, 2009 at 11:03 pm. At that time he was surrounded by his parents, wife Lauren, Metal Mulisha riders Brian Deegan, Cameron Steele, Erik Apple and Ryan Hagy. He was also appeared on the cover page of TransWorld Motocross magazine in January 2009 as the FMX rider of the year.
