'Journey' is an American rock band, which was formed in San Francisco, California in 1973. The band faced problems in the beginning but then got success in late 1970s and early 1980s. They come with the rock songs such as 'Don't Stop Believin', 'Faithfully', 'Separate Ways', 'Any Way You Want', 'Send Her My Love', 'Open Arms', 'Wheel in the Sky', 'Stone in Love', 'Who's Crying Now', 'Stone In Love', 'Lights' and 'Lovin, Touchin, Touchin'.
The band got the gold status for two times, platinum for three times, Diamond for once and multi-platinum for eight times. The group had 19 top 40 singles from which six were in top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The song 'Dont Stop Believin' is a top selling in iTunes history.
Steve Perry is an American songwriter and musician but known as the lead vocalist of 'Journey' band. He was born on January 22, 1949 and currently living in Del Mar. He succeeded in a solo career in late eighties and early nineties. He was named 76th greatest singer by Rolling Stone in their list 'The 100 Greatest Singers of All-Time'. However, he is best known as a member of the 'Journey Band'.
Arnel Pineda is new singer of the band Journey. He was born on September 5, 1967 in Sampalaloc and is a Filipino singer and songwriter. He is having successful 25 years of music career in Asia. Recently he performed with 'Journey' at the half show 'Super Bowl XLIII'.
