Pandora Radio
Pandora Radio is a music recommendation service and keeper of the Music Genome Project. Here you will get all the music you desired. Here the users also provide their feedback on the approval or disapproval of the songs you asked for. Pandora takes these feedbacks to complete in future. Users can also buy the songs while listening. In all there are 400 different musical attributes that allows selecting next song, which are combined into big groups known as focus traits. There are about 2000 focus traits. Rhythm syncopation, vocal harmonies, displayed instrumental proficiency and key tonality are some examples of focus traits.
The station was set by stating songs, artists and many other items on a single station. It serves in United States and is having some limitations set by Pandora's licensor. Its service for the BlackBerry application is limited to Sprint, AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile US. Facebook application allowed their users to put the Pandora Radio on their Facebook profiles.
Pandora media player is based on the OpenLaszlo, which can also be accessed as Reciva based radios. On July 11, 2008, Pandora launched the mobile version for the iPod Touch and Apple iPhone. It is also available for Android phones, BalckberyBerry platforms, Windows Mobile and WebOS. Pandora was also provider for the MSN Radio till June 18, 2008.
