It is reality series of half an hour, which helps people to know more about the current renovation of houses, which is well known as the Flipping House.
However, Sam Leccima of this reality series got arrest for doing fraud. He has been arrested because of his fake home renovations in the series and selling the housing, which he never owned. He is very great artists that he used to make fool the people and took from them as an investment base. The first series of the show was founded by the Richard C. Davis who is also an head of the company. The first series was surrounded with Trademark Properties based on Charleston. Other members of Charleston team were; Ginger Alexander and was responsible for assisting the flipping of houses, Kevin Molony as the head of construction, Dawn Nosal as a project co-coordinator and Vance Sudano the real estate brokers. But trademark decided to not to come in the second season of the show because of the disagreement.
