Steelers Win Super Bowl

Pittsburgh Steelers are the American Football Conference (AFC) champion who played against Arizona Cardinals, the champion of the National Football Conference (NFC) for the National Football League (NFL) champion of 2008. Steelers beat the Cardinals and gain the sixth Super Bowl win, which helped them to become the most Super Bowl Winners. This game was played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa on February 1, 2009.

Super Bowl was started and first played on January 15, 1967 but as an agreement NFL and American Football League (AFL). The day on which the game is played is considered as a national holiday of America and is called as Super Bowl Sunday. It is counted as the second largest day after Thanksgiving Day in United States Food Consumption. However, the Super Bowl is most watched broadcast of America.

Steelers made a record with 10-6 in 2007 and finished the 2008 season with the best performance and record with 12-4 in the AFC and contested for the sixth time in the last eight times. After this they went for the Super Bowl trip, which is the seventh Super Bowl trip in the history of franchise where they broke the three-way tie with Denver Broncos and New England Patriots for the most Super Bowl appearance.
