The 4400'The 4400' is a science fiction TV series and is also pronounced as 'The forty four hundred'. It is produced by the CBS Paramount Network Television in association with American Zoetrope, Sky Television and Renegade 83. The first sequel of the game 'City of Villains', was launched on October 31, 2005. The game starts with by crating a character where the player selects the characters archetype and origin and after that primary and secondary sets of power.
