Times Union CenterTimes Union center is located in Albany, New York and is an indoor arena and is having seating capacity of 15,500. Currently there are occupants including men's basketball team of Sinena College, American Hockey league's Albany River Rats, af2's Albany Firebirds.
The arena was opened on January 30, 1990with the name Knickerbocker Arena. The building of the Times Union Center was designed by the engineers of Clough Harbour and Associates. The arena has also 25 luxury suites with cable T.V., private bathroom, refrigerator and 16 seats. However the rights of the naming were sold to Pepsi in the year of 1997. The Times Union Center also hosts exhibition games and some leading leagues including NBA, NHL and WNBA have played games at the arena.
