Vizio
'Vizio' is a production company of electronics based in Irvine, California, USA. The company was found in 2002 and first come with the name V Inc. in 2007 the company has become he largest LCD TV seller in North America. The company sold 606,402 TVs in second quarter of 2007. However, in 2008 company got increase in market share from 9.4% to 14.5%. Currently it is in production of primary LCD televisions.
Recently that is in 2009 the company has announced that they are going to stop the production of plasma televisions. The company co-founder Laynie Newsome did this announcement and said that they will now focus on to making LCD TVs. Vizio started to sell LCD TVs to Costco in Japan in September 2008. However, Vizio also in production of audio and video equipment including LCD computer monitors, HDTV accessories and High Definition Surround Sound Systems.
In 2009 Vizio introduced VF551XVT55' LCD TV a new 240 Hz LED-backlit. In the same year the company has released their first Blu-ray Disc player.
